Travel + Leisure Recognizes Four Peruvian Hotels Among the World’s Best
Four hotels belonging to the INTURSA group have been nominated for Travel + Leisure magazine’s World’s Best Awards 2026. This is yet another example of Peru’s prominence in the tourism sector. Furthermore, this nomination demonstrates that the country offers high-quality hotels. Peru is thus consolidating its position as an important destination in the region for travelers from all over the world.
The nominated hotels are The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, Hotel Paracas, Palacio del Inka, and Tambo del Inka. All are different from each other. However, they share good service and comfort. In addition, each offers experiences designed for different types of travelers, from families to people traveling for work or leisure.
This selection is made through a special survey. In it, Travel + Leisure readers vote for their favorites. They also take into account service, food, and location. That’s why travelers’ opinions are so important. The awards reflect real experiences.
The hotels showcase Peru’s diversity. On the one hand, Lima offers modern luxury and event spaces. On the other hand, Cusco and the Sacred Valley combine history and nature. In addition, the south coast offers oceanfront landscapes. All of this allows for very different travel experiences in a single country.
Voting is now open until February 23, 2026. The final results will then be published in August 2026. This will allow travelers to find out which hotels were the most highly rated in the world. Peru continues to gain international recognition.
