Founder & Chief Execute
I was born in the city of Puno, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. I come from an Aymara family, and I am deeply proud of my roots, culture, and the ancestral knowledge of my people. This identity strongly influences both my personal values and my professional purpose.
I am passionate about traveling, as it allows me to connect cultures, learn from different realities, and build meaningful bridges between communities and the global world. Through my work, I seek to honor the legacy of my ancestors while creating sustainable opportunities that respect culture, identity, and local traditions.
My work is closely connected to rural and Indigenous communities in Peru. I actively collaborate with local communities through social and cultural initiatives, with a strong focus on education and cultural preservation. We have established cooperation agreements with several schools in the Lares region, supporting educational development, cultural exchange, and opportunities for children and young people in these communities.
