2026 Tickets for the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu are Now Available for Purchase
Today, Monday, November 17, the Ministry of Culture began selling tickets for 2026 for the Inca Trail and the Inca Llaqta of Machu Picchu. The aim is to enable visitors and agencies to plan their trips in advance.
For the Inca Trail, reservations open at 8:00 a.m. For the Inca Llaqta of Machu Picchu, reservations begin at noon.

Then, they must make their reservation online.

On this subject, Iván Falconí, director of World Heritage Sites at the Ministry of Culture, recalled the global interest in Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail.
Therefore, he pointed out that making reservations and purchases in advance will help ensure a more enjoyable visit.
For the first time, the government is bringing forward advance reservations for the Inca Trail and the Inca Llaqta of Machu Picchu. Previously, reservations were made in December.
Now they are made in November to improve organization and avoid overcrowding on the busiest days.
