“The Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t working and it’s very annoying. Neither did the TV (it couldn’t pick up any channels).”

“Wonderful surroundings with views of Lake Tikitaka.”

“The hotel is in a beautiful setting with views of the lake. The twin room is very good. The heating system is not good; it only has one unit in the room, and it is complicated to see what temperature it is. In the bathroom, the water in the shower is very lukewarm, leaning towards cold, and since there is no radiator, it is cold.”

“The breakfast is good but quite limited for a 5-star hotel. The staff, as in all of Peru, is very friendly.”

“Awesome experience”

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights – we were very tired from a long train ride from Cusco. The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The design is awesome, the staff are great, the food was excellent, and the views were breath taking. We went on one of the boat tours and really enjoyed it. This hotel is not inexpensive – but when they say it is all inclusive they mean it – meals, wine, tours, etc.”

“The most mind-blowing view you can imagine!! It’s unreal and so peaceful! I was initially skeptical since booking.com had very few reviews but this was beyond every expectation ever. The food is fabulous. Very well accommodating for vegetarians too. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. The fact that it’s all inclusive for food, beverages and excursions makes it that much better. We were there for 2 nights. I wish we had 3 nights since the first day we only reached at dinner time. But I can’t imagine there’s much to do beyond those few days there. Just admire the view and unwind. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!!”

“Bumpy roads to the property but they’re working on it to get better. You almost question yourself on the way to the property because there’s nothing around it. Plus (besides), it’s not a short drive from the Puno train station and definitely a longer drive from Juliaca airport. But all is worth it once you’re on the property.”

“Exceptional location with elevated view of Lake Titicaca and with a short walk within the property 360 deg views including reed island.
